Ukraine. Ratio of state debt against GDP 29.1% as of year end - Finance Ministry

According to Finance Ministry a ratio of state debt against GDP of Ukraine as of the end of 2011 will reduce to 29.1%, the press service of the Finance Ministry informed.
At the same time, as of the end of 2010, a ratio of state debt against GDP made up 29.6%.
In addition, as of October 31, 42.9% of state debt was in the hryvnia, in U.S. dollars - 32.6%, in SDRs (special drawing rights of the IMF) - 20.3%, in the euro - 3.6%, in Japanese yen - 0.6%.
To remind, the volume of state and guaranteed by the state debt as of October 31 made up USD 59.09 billion.
Over 10 months, foreign debt of Ukraine increased by 11.2% or by USD 2.554 billion to USD 25.39 billion. Direct internal debt grew by 7.6% or by 10.798 billion to 152.46 billion (USD 19.11 billion).
