Ukraine. Statistics: GDP grows by 6.6% in Q3, 2011

Ukraine's gross domestic product (GDP) in the third quarter of 2011 amounted to 106.6% compared to the third quarter of 2010 (in the fixed prices of 2007), the State Statistics Service has reported.
The country's GDP for the second and third quarters of 2011, taking into account the seasonal factor, was 102.2%.
As reported, according to the Economic Development and Trade Ministry, Ukraine's GDP growth in the first nine months of 2011 stood at about 5.3%.
According to the forecasts of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), the dynamics of economic growth in Ukraine in 2011 will reach 4.8-5%.
In the fourth quarter of 2011, the NBU expects a reduction in GDP growth.
