After the sitting of the European Council in Brussels Bulgarian Premier Boyko Borissov said that the discussing of the problems of states having allowed large budget deficits, have not duly prepared their banking systems and have been spending more than they can afford, is starting to affect disciplined countries. In his words, it is high time the EU starts considering countries like Bulgaria, which have correctly introduced and suffered the inconveniences of the restrictions. The Premier assured that at this stage Bulgaria would take part through financial means in the solving of the current problems of the Euro zone.
